Introducing you The Growth Eternal, a dear friend from LA whom we’re thrilled to have them this Sunday in Berlin for our Listening Party at Studio dB.

The Growth Eternal is a spiritual bass & vocoder music project. Tulsa, Oklahoma native Ghalani started the project in 2018 for their mental health, feeling disillusioned with college jazz academia while trying to connect with their ancestral lineage.

They started making music with plants to shine a light on plant’s self-sovereignty and give praise to the wisdom of plant life.

Ghalani’s music textures take you on an emotional journey, using sound as medicine by weaving through genres in a way that feels grounded and refreshingly innovative at the same time.

 

Nexcyia (also known as Adam Dove) is an American sound artist, and experimental ambient musician based between Berlin and Paris.  

His compositions seamlessly blend immersive sound design and textural soundscapes using elements of noise, granular synthesis, found sounds and rhythms.  His work traverses various moods and emotions, delving into themes of otherness and belonging, using an approach of layering and manipulating archival audio sourced and compiled from home videos and the deep corners of the internet, his process results in ever-evolving pieces that invite listeners into a captivating sonic journey.

Music producer and collector Billy Caso has spend the last 12 years in Berlin building his path as an eclectic and open-genre artist through fields of electronica, psychedelic jazz, hip hop, modular synths and collage style mixes & beat-tapes.

As well founding open genre label and listening event Pastiche International, Billy has performed tours worldwide, hosted various shows on NTS Radio, Worldwide FM, Dublab and Rinse FM. Also known for his two cult-followed mix series 'The Barefoot Adventures' and 'Home Comforts'. Through his explorative blend of genre-mashing productions, mind-bending collage-style sets, beat-tapes and musical features with the likes of Miguel Atwood Ferguson, Brandon Coleman, Fly Anakin and Nailah Hunter to name a few. After a four year wait, Billy's long awaited debut album ‘Planet Earth’ is complete and will be released soon.
