O/Y is the moniker of a Berlin-based electronic musician renowned for crafting immersive soundscapes that blend elements of minimal, dub, electronica, ambient, and downtempo. His music is characterized by impulsive grooves, deep pads, and lighthearted melodies, creating a sound that playfully shifts between micro and macrocosmic themes.
Drawing inspiration from a diverse array of artists such as Polar, Skudge, Moritz Von Oswald, and J Dilla, O/Y has developed a rich sonic palette that reflects his broad musical influences. After four years of touring globally with his live set, he founded his own label, Doubt Records, in 2022, under which he organizes releases, events, and radio shows
